Hey, I'm Samuli!

I'm a computational engineer. I build backend systems and work with data.

I design data pipelines, write backend code, and automate processes. I build APIs, develop ML/LLM pipelines, and predict. I mostly use Python and SQL, but always curious to learn new tools. I write maintainable code, design efficient systems, and work with both structured databases and messy data warehouses.

I have an applied math background. I'm interested in constraint programming and mixed-integer optimization problems.

I take ownership of what I build. I communicate clearly and debug until things work. I'm learning modern data technologies and improving across the full stack.

I build backend systems that turn messy data into something useful. I like making things work at scale.
